2022 was another year full of fun, education, and development for both our kids and our employees. As we look forward to 2023, we recap the past year while gearing up for the new year ahead.
2022 Recap
This year we aimed to inform all current and potential parents to the Creative Learning Center of the Lehigh Valley on many aspects of our center! Our use of the the Montessori Theory allows children to make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and teacher each play a part to encourage age-appropriate activities to guide the process. We also informed readers of the benefits of before and after school programs helping children fulfill their academic and emotional needs while supporting working families, the necessity of the Pre-K Counts program, other parent resources, and summer activities for kids including our indispensable summer break programs!

2023 Trends
In 2023, we’re continuing to focus on STEM and STEAM educations through our early computer learning programs, ensuring kids are technologically literate by the time they reach grade school. A report by the U.S. Department of Commerce shows that STEM occupations are growing at 17%, while other occupations are growing at just 9.8%.It’s never too early for your kids to learn valuable skills! STEAM (Science & Technology, interpreted through Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics) adds arts for the necessary creative skills that makes childhood learning fun, promotes abstract thinking, and prepares children for any high-tech design skills they may choose to go into throughout their adult life! In a digital world, it’s important to know how to navigate online, code, and create digital art.
Thank you to all of our clients who supported us through 2022. From the Creative Learning Center of the Lehigh Valley team, we’re fortunate for your trust and excited for what the new year will bring for us. From new childcare and education developments to new development trends and studies that redefine the future of children from early education, we’ll be there every step of the way.
